The Work

Fortnightly 90-minute sessions. Each one combines frameworks, live practice, real-world scenario work, and direct feedback. Between sessions: targeted assignments.

Anchoring

Pre-cohort intake assessment

Every participant completes a communication style assessment before the cohort begins. Archana uses this to ensure the right people are in the room together — and to tailor examples to the group.

Live practice every session

Not roleplay. Real scenarios, real stakes, real feedback. Every session builds in time where participants are in the room — speaking, practising, receiving structured feedback from Archana and peers.

Frameworks you can use immediately

Every session delivers at least one tool or framework that participants can apply in the working week between sessions — not as homework, but as live experiments.

Curated cohort — max 12

Cohorts are kept intentionally small. This is not a webinar. Every participant is visible, accountable, and known. Archana can give individual attention within the group setting.

Between-session access

A shared cohort space for questions, reflections, and wins between live sessions. Archana is active in this space — it's not just a peer forum.

Personal progress summary

At the close of every cohort, each participant receives a written summary of their specific shifts, the patterns Archana observed, and the one or two things to continue working on.
